March 2009 - Successful Cooperation

Visit by Vanessa De Bliquy, Internal Sales Advisor and Celine Galle from Pricing Department at TVH Belgium to the TVH Middle East office and some major accounts in the UAE.

In the past year 2008, TVH Middle East has developed some important client relationships with the main focus on port and stevedoring company business.

ABU DHABI TERMINALS

One of these major client relationships which we developed involves Abu Dhabi Terminals, managed by Dubai Ports World. On 16-19 March 2009 our colleague Vanessa De Bliquy, Internal Sales Advisor for UAE and Celine Galle from the Pricing Department at TVH Belgium visited our major clients in the UAE.
Sanjoy Roychoudhury, TVH Middle East Territory Manager and Marilou Omadlao, TVH ME Market Support Officer together with Vanessa and Celine presented the Certificate of 1-Year Successful Cooperation between Abu Dhabi Terminals and TVH to the senior management, technical and purchasing departments.
These certificates were presented individually to Mr Mohammed Al Mannaei, Chief Executive Officer; Mr Ahmed Ayada Al Hamli, Procurement Manager; Mr Eisa Al-Marzouqi, Technical Director; Mr Nicolas Renaux, Container Workshop Manager; Mr Muzammil Subhan, Senior Buyer-Purchasing; Mr Farooq Mohiuddin, Buyer-Purchasing Department; Mr Bashir Ahmed Mahmood, Buyer-Purchasing Department; Mr Satvinder Singh, Mr Celedonio Lagrimas and Mr Samuel Jennybai, all Mechanical Supervisors; as an appreciation and acknowledgement for the 1-year successful cooperation.

During that day's program, TVH not only met the staff but also received a guided tour in the port with Mr Hamli and met Mr Eisa, Technical Director; Mr Nicolas, Workshop Manager; Mr Singh, Mr Samuel.

DRYDOCKS WORLD-DUBAI

At Dubai Drydocks, certificates were offered to Mr Radu and Devesh.

DUBAI PORTS WORLD-Jebel Ali

During this visit TVH was introduced, and discussions were held on fleet management of different forklifts as well as port equipment of DP World.
DP World has also given a tour in their workshop under the supervision of Mr Rasheed Al Mehairbi.
Mr Ghannem and Mr Khalfan also attended the meeting.
DP world and TVH look forward to their future cooperation.
